First Family Holiday

We spent 3 days driving along the Great Ocean Road, Lorne & Apollo Bay a couple of weeks ago. It was great fun revisiting the Twelve Apostles and Port Campbell National Park and introducing them to Beth.

The girls are great road travellers. They slept pretty much all the way!

See what I mean? ;-)

Outside Acacia Cottage, Pennyroyal Farm. We spent 2 nights here. Gorgeously comfy, with leather recliners to sink into, TV/DVD player/hi-fi, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and a loft, and views onto the farmland from every corner. Look out of the loo and you'll see goats and cows grazing contentedly....and not a house for miles, other than the cottage next door, which was vacant.

Beth & one of her fave foods

Beth claimed the loft as her cubbyhole and sleeping space for the 2 nights we were there, and we can see why!

Scottie enjoyed himself most. His favourite thing to do: running along the fence and barking at the goats on the other side!

Relaxing outside the Martian Cafe, the only eating place in the vicinity of the farm.
