Beth's kinder year-end concert is tonight.
She's a bit hazy about the programme, but we do know this much: she gets to carry the flag when the kids sing "Advance Australia Fair", and she plays the part of the Angel Gabriel in the Nativity reenactment. Her best friend Joey will play Joseph. There will be a couple of carols sung too, with an Aussie twist to the lyrics.
On the subject of carols, Wyndham City is hosting the Carols by Candlelight event at Werribee Park this Saturday. It'll be our first time attending, and we're looking forward to another great memory-making time for the family.

Read in our community paper that live camels will be part of the Nativity performance! Only problem is: they're short of funds, so there'll be 2 camels instead of 3, and one of the wise men will have to foot it to the manger unless sponsorship materializes in time.
