I am very happy to tell you that I've completed my first MS Readathon succcessfully!
Thanks to all your support and donations, I've exceeded my fundraising target of $350.
Mummy and I counted the donations last week.
The total came to $443! Wow!
We will be completing the forms to send the donations to the MS Society.
On behalf of all people with MS, thank you for your generosity!
God Bless You!
Love, Bethany Tan
PS. Even though the MS Readathon is over, I am still reading.
That's because I love reading.
My favourites are Daisy Meadows' Rainbow Magic books. They're about fairies, goblins and two best friends called Kirsty and Rachel, who are friends of the fairies.
Each time I go to the library, I look out for Daisy Meadows books. If there are five, I will borrow all five. Mummy says I ought to leave some for other children and learn to read different types of stories.
Did you know there are Rainbow Fairies, Weather Fairies, Pet Fairies, and Jewel Fairies?
The King of Fairyland is called Oberon and the Queen is Titania.
Mummy says the characters may be inspired by William Shakespeare's play 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.
