More Customer Service Gaps

I emailed GE Life to reset my e-Connect password and got this one-size-fits-all reply that they probably send to everyone - even those who are already e-Connect subscribers.

(NB. e-Connect is an Internet application on the GE website that lets you check your policy details online. It works like internet banking.)
