I remember when we first touched down in Melbourne, I was 24 weeks along. It's been 14 weeks since!
Am kinda hoping the baby comes before Christmas actually, so that I can sit down and eat a proper Christmas dinner. I mean, how does one enjoy a meal or entertain guests with a huge belly, backache, and elephant feet? Realized this morning how bad my feet were when I couldn't get into my MBTs. Will have to resort to the Crocs; at least the strap can be pushed to the front.
Saw the gynae after church today. He checked my blood pressure, pressed and prodded my bump (*ouch*), and said, "I'll see you next week."
A man of few words indeed. Guess that means everything's going swimmingly.
PS. I miss the comfort of the ultrasound scan that Dr Kek gave without fail back home. It's nice to be able to SEE the baby on the monitor, you know?
