I put on my most harrassed look and braced myself for another salesman spiel.
But all he did was to hand me this sticker.

And tell me to paste it on my hot water heater.
That's it. In and out in under a minute.
I didn't have time to get annoyed or ask questions.
The impression I got was: here's a hot water servicing expert offering me a handy way to call for help if I ever need it.
Now that's effective salesmanship.
