Returning To Fitness

Kept a promise to myself to do a trial yoga class...and am very sore from the exertion.

I discovered muscles I didn't know I had, and stretched, balanced and endured more than I've done in a very long while.

Loved the small class size and the sensory acuity of the instructor, who kept asking how my tailbone was going (because I'd mentioned before class that I stopped Pilates as the exercises hurt my protruding tailbone).

I now have no more excuses to stay blind to how unfit I've allowed myself to become.

Monday mornings from next week on are reserved for Yogalates at Wyndham Vale CLC.
