Gearing up for my second community workshop next Monday.

Was in a good space yesterday, surrounded by some really inspiring and supportive people.

Today, got a work-related email that reminded me how I may soon have to make a decision about whether to continue juggling business and p/t work.

Put in two extra hours in the office to do the necessary, which ate into my workshop preparation time.

Will now have to catch up over the weekend to regain the ideal state that I need to be in to deliver a super workshop: Certainty, Non-Judgment, Preparedness, Sensory Acuity, Behavioural Flexibility, Focus on Other Rather Than Self.

I have everything I need within me RIGHT NOW.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
