A week from now, our church begins its physical move 'home' to 235 Derrimut Road.
It's been 18 months of change, adjustment and transition. Sometimes humbling. Sometimes challenging. Often confusing, confronting and conflicting.
Along the way, we have lost a number of families that used to attend regularly.
Will they return when the new ministry centre is ready?
Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows what has been happening in their lives since we moved to our temporary location.
The more important thing is: how do we make wisest use of our new God-enabled facilities to offer meaning, hope and practical help for those in our community who may never have heard the name of Christ, and those who have doubts and criticisms about what it means to live by faith.
