Property Inspection

In accordance with our responsibilities as Managing Agents, we are required to carry out regular inspections on every property we manage.

The inspection is usually detailed but nevertheless, brief, and enables the agent to prepare a report to the owner on the state of repair of the premises.

With this in mind, we therefore wish to inspect the above premises on 19th May 2007 at 10.30. We trust this is convenient to you and ask if it is not, please advise the agency asap to arrange alternative time, or spare key will be used to enter.
